Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 36 Hershey’s Chocolate Kisses, unwrapped
Equipment Needed:
- Mixing Bowl
- Mixer
- Cookie Scoop
- Baking Sheets
- Cookie Cooling Rack
How to make peanut butter kiss cookies:
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large mixing bowl, add the sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, butter, and egg and beat until well blended.

Add flour, baking soda, and baking powder and mix until well blended.

Scoop dough with a cookie scoop and roll into 1-inch balls,

Place on ungreased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart and bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.

Remove from oven and immediately press 1 chocolate kiss in the center of each cookie.

Place cookies on cooling racks and let cool completely before serving
