Make these boozy watermelon popsicles with rum, watermelon, mint and agave. Boozy popsicles are simply popsicles made for adults that contain alcohol. These frozen watermelon mojito popsicles are perfect for a hot summer day.
And since I don’t think one could think of summer and not also think of watermelon or hot sunny days, these watermelon mint popsicles bring all that together since they are the perfect treat for hot summer days. These are super easy to make and it’s kinda fun to make up a batch or two of these and keep them in the freezer all summer long.
We also made these frozen watermelon shots using red solo plastic shot glasses and swizzle sticks which was fun. To get the stick to stay in the middle, cover each glass with foil or plastic wrap, insert a swizzle stick in the center and freeze.
