Sweet and Spicy Little Smokies Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 14-ounce package little smokies
- 18-ounce jar grape jelly
- 12-ounce bottle chili sauce
- Cooking Spray
Equipment:
- Slow Cooker
- Small mixing bowl
- Whisk
- Toothpicks
How to make Cocktail Wieners with Grape Jelly and Chili Sauce:
Spray the pot of the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray and add all the little smokies. In a small mixing bowl, add the grape jelly and the chili sauce. Whisk them together the until smooth and well blended.
Pour the jelly chili sauce mixture over the little smokies and stir to mix. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for four hours.
After four hours, remove lid and stir your cocktail wieners before serving.
Serve by placing a toothpick in each of these sweet and spicy little smokies and place on a serving dish.
