Cream Cheese Ranch Roll Ups

An easy cream cheese ranch roll ups recipe with cheddar cheese, bacon, ranch seasoning, and green onion.  Serve these fun bacon and ranch pinwheels or rollups for your next game day party or as a finger food for family TV night.

These delicious pinwheels are made with an easy no cook recipe and are totally delish.  Who could not love bacon, cheddar and cream cheese rolled into these fun pinwheels.    This roll ups recipe makes about 20 pinwheels that makes a perfect appetizer or snack dish.

These cream cheese roll ups or pinwheels can be made in advance.  Leave them in the refrigerator in the plastic wrapped log prior to cutting them for 24 hours.  But I would not freeze them. 

 

Cream Cheese Ranch Roll Ups Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped bacon
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 4 large burrito flour tortillas

How to make these Bacon and Ranch Pinwheels or Roll ups:

In a small mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, ranch seasoning, and green onion.

Place the flour tortillas in a row, making sure the edges are lined up and the ends are overlapping. Spread the cream cheese mixture in an even layer over all the tortillas.

Starting at one end, roll up the tortillas into a large log one by one. Wrap each log in plastic wrap.  Continue rolling until you have four logs.   Place the cream cheese ranch roll ups logs  the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours.  (At this point they can stay in the refrigerator for 24 hours)

When you are ready to serve these bacon and ranch pinwheels, remove the plastic wrap and cut off the uneven ends.  Cut the tortillas into even slices.

Place on chilled serving plate and enjoy! 

TIP: Anytime I served a food chilled, I always place the serving plate in the refrigerator prior to filling.   This will allow the food to stay chilled longer.
