It’s always nice to make something special for breakfast or brunch on Valentine’s day. And today we make it easy by using mini frozen pancakes, fresh strawberries and Nutella for these adorable pancakes stacks. These triple stacked Nutella Pancakes are bright, colorful and oh so delicious. They will bring a smile to any face.

But you don’t have to wait for Valentine’s day to serve these cute stacks, they would be amazing for Mother’s Day or as a special afternoon snack. Also these are not just for kids but would be a great addition to any brunch. Pair them with a Mimosa or Bloody Mary and add a plate of blueberry muffins, Scones and a side of sausage, ham or bacon for delicious brunch.
Nutella Strawberry Pancakes Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 24 frozen mini pancakes (I used Hungry Jack)
- 1 cup Nutella
- 4 strawberries, cut in half
- Powdered sugar for garnish (optional)
Equipment Needed:
- Baking Sheet
- Parchment Paper
- Spatula Spreader Knife
- Knife
- Decorative Toothpicks
- Serving Platter
How to make these Nutella Pancake Stacks:
Preheat your oven to 350° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the frozen pancakes in an even layer on the baking sheet and top with a second piece of parchment paper.
Bake the mini pancakes in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, until softened. Allow the pancakes to cool slightly, then spread a layer of Nutella over the top of 8 of the mini pancakes.
Place a pancake on top on the Nutella covered pancake and spread on another layer of Nutella.
Place a third pancake on top of the stack and top with a half of a strawberry. Push a toothpick into the center of the stack to hold the ingredients together.
Place on a serving platter, dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
