Black Bean and Corn Dip

Sometimes you want to bring that salsa inspired dip to a new level with a few extra flavors.  You will need a jar of your favorite salsa a couple cans of corn and black beans and a can opener.   This is a no cook recipe for a super simple Mexican bean and corn dip using all store bought ingredients.   It will fast become one of your favorite dip recipes.

No need to heat anything up, this recipe only consists of opening and draining cans.  But the flavor of the ingredients combined will rock your taste buds.  No one will believe just how simple this black bean and corn salsa dip is to make.   Then you can serve this canned black bean and corn salsa with tortilla chips or on top of your favorite Mexican dishes.  This is about the easiest but most awesome dip ever.
 

Black Bean and Corn Salsa Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (15oz) can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15oz) can of whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (16oz) can of salsa
  • Tortilla Chips
Equipment Needed:
  • Can opener
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Serving Bowl
 

How to make Black Bean and Corn Dip

  • Add the drain and rinsed black beans, drained corn and salsa to a large mixing bowl
  • Gently stir or fold ingredients together until well combined
  • Cover and place in fridge for at least an hour for flavors to marry
  • Serve with tortilla chips
