Braised beef is a way to lock in and add flavor to a simple piece of beef.   Braising is simply browning the beef and then cooking it in a liquid, in our case beer, until very tender.   We made this easy by using a our old Ninja 4 in 1 cooking system but you could use a hot skillet and a slow cooker.   Plus we used packaged crispy tacos shells to make this amazing recipe even easier.
