Preheat your oven to 400° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Open the pizza dough tube and place the dough on a flour covered pastry mat. Kneed into a round ball.
Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese onto the dough.
Kneed well until the cheese and herbs are thoroughly combined in the dough.

Meanwhile grill the sausages until done and place on a paper towel lined plate. And allow them to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Cut each Italian sausage into thirds and place each one of the pieces of sausages onto a bread strip.
Wrap the dough around the sausage and tie into a knot or twist the ends together. You may have to stretch the dough a little. Or you could wrap the dough around the sausage and place the seam side down.
Place the Italian sausages wrapped in dough on a the parchment lined baking sheet.
Beat one egg with 1 tablespoon of water in a small bowl. Using a pastry brush, coat all the dough wrapped sausage appetizers with the egg wash. Place in your preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until dough is brown.

Wouldn't it make more sense to roll the pizza dough into a rectangle, since you're cutting rectangular strips of dough?
