Ingredients:

  • Elbow Macaroni
  • Lean Ground Beef
  • Bacon Strips, cooked and chopped
  • Beef Broth
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Ketchup
  • Cornstarch
  • Colby Jack Cheese, shredded

 

How to make this Bacon Cheeseburger Skillet Recipe

 

 
Cook the elbow macaroni according to directions on package, until just al dente and drain.   In a deep skillet, cook the ground beef until browned and drain off any grease and return to pan.   Stir in cooked noodles, cooked bacon, and beef.

Add the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and cornstarch and bring to a simmer.   Simmer for 5-7 minutes,  stirring frequently, until liquid is reduced and sauce begins to thicken.   Remove from heat and stir in 1 ½ cups shredded cheese, top with remaining cheese for this Cheeseburger Macaroni skillet.
