- Lean Ground Beef
- Bacon Strips, cooked and chopped
- Beef Broth
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Ketchup
- Cornstarch
- Colby Jack Cheese, shredded

Bacon Cheeseburger Skillet
Ingredients
- 8 oz. elbow macaroni
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 6-8 bacon strips cooked, chopped
- 1 3/4 cups beef broth
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2-3 tsp cornstarch
- 2 cups shredded Colby jack cheese
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to directions on package, until just al dente.
- In a deep skillet, brown ground beef. Drain beef, and return to pan.
- Stir in cooked noodles, cooked bacon, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and cornstarch.
- Bring to a simmer, and simmer 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until liquid is reduced and sauce begins to thicken.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 ½ cups shredded cheese, top with remaining cheese.
- Serve immediately.
