Ingredients:
- 6 pickle spears
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 12 slices fully cooked bacon

- Baking Sheet
How to make Bacon Wrapped Pickles with Cream Cheese:
Preheat your oven to 375 ° F. Lay your pickle spears on a cutting board and use a spoon to remove the seeds from the center of each spear. Cut each spear into quarters and use a paper towel to dry the top of each piece.
Spoon a dab of cream cheese on top of each pickle piece using all the cream cheese.
Cut each piece of the cooked bacon in half and wrap one half around each pickle piece. Secure the bacon in place with a toothpick.
Place your pickle appetizers on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and serve immediately. The tanginess of the pickles, with the salty taste of the bacon with the richness of the cream cheese is amazing.
