What you will need:
- 3/4 cup almond milk or milk
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- handful of ice cubes
- Fresh blueberries for garnish
Start this Healthy Blueberry Smoothie by grabbing either your food processor or a good blender. Peel and break up a banana and add it with frozen blueberries into the blender or processor. Pour in the milk or almond milk.
Add old fashioned oats and a handful of ice cubes. Process until very smooth and creamy and purple.
I just love this purple color of this blueberry banana oatmeal smoothie. Pour into two glasses and add festive straws.

Ingredients
- ¾ cup almond milk or milk
- ¾ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup old fashioned oats
- 1 handful of ice cubes
- Fresh blueberries for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend well.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with extra fresh blueberries and oats.
