What you need for this Honey Glazed Baby Carrots recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of water
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup walnuts, chopped

How to steam carrots in instant pot:
Pour water in the inner pot of your Instant Pot and add baby carrots. Cover the Instant Pot with its lid and set on high pressure for 2 minutes. Once the time is up, allow for a 5 minute NPR (natural pressure release). Remove lid and drain water from the inner pot.
How to make candied carrots:
Set your Instant Pot to saute function and add butter, brown sugar and honey to the steamed carrots. Stir until all ingredients have melted into the carrots. Turn off the saute function.
Chop the walnuts into small pieces to top the candied carrots
Serve the candied carrots in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped walnuts and serve and enjoy!
