Hellman’s Best Food Parmesan Chicken

This is a new recipe that I have just discovered and it is amazing.  It is  a spinoff from a Hellman’s best food parmesan chicken recipe.  And today we are trying it using chicken thighs and also adding extra flavor with a hot sauce marinade.   From the creamy mayonnaise to the crispy Panko crumbs, it’s a play on textures and flavors, you simply can’t resist! Perfect for weeknight dinners or hosting, everyone’s bound to love it.

These Hellman’s Parmesan Crusted Chicken thighs are easy to make and are juicy and flavorful.  You can embark on a culinary adventure as we put a unique spin on Hellman’s classic parmesan chicken recipe.  Simple yet delicious, our version features succulent chicken thighs encased in a parmesan panko crust, amping up the flavors with a zesty hot sauce marinade. What you will need for this baked chicken recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions for Hellmans Chicken:

Preheat your oven to 425F.   Place the chicken thighs in a 8” x 8” casserole dish and cover with the hot sauce.  Then set them aside.

In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder and stir to combine well.

Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the top of the chicken making sure the top is completely covered.

 Place in your preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden and an inserted meat thermometer reads 165F.
