A bag of miniature peanut butter cups
Tube of white frosting

Equipment Needed:

Wax Paper

Directions:

Spread a sheet of wax paper on your work surface.
Unwrap a candy cup and squeeze a small amount of frosting on the top of it to act as glue.
Invert the candy cup onto the chocolate side of the cookie over the center hole.
And pipe a ring around it for your hat band.
Use the frosting to draw a square buckle on one side of each of these Pilgrim Hat Cookies
