Directions:
- Spread a sheet of wax paper on your work surface.
- Unwrap a candy cup and squeeze a small amount of frosting on the top of it to act as glue.
- Invert the candy cup onto the chocolate side of the cookie over the center hole.
- And pipe a ring around it for your hat band.
- Use the frosting to draw a square buckle on one side of each of these Pilgrim Hat Cookies

- 1 package fudge striped cookies
- 1 bag of miniature peanut butter cups
- 1 tube white frosting
Instructions
- Spread a sheet of wax paper on the work surface
- Unwrap the peanut butter cups and squeeze a small amount of frosting on the peanut butter cup to act as a glue.
- Invert the cup on the chocolate side of the cookie over the center hole.
- Pipe a ring around the peanut butter cup for your hat band and then draw a square buckle on the side.
