Pineapple Strawberry Fizz

Enjoy a non-alcoholic pineapple strawberry fizz that is cool and refreshing.   Or you could add a sparking wine to this strawberry pineapple drink for a bubbly strawberry pineapple mimosa.

If you are looking for something that is flavorful, refreshing and  with a few bubbles, then you are going to love this pineapple strawberry fizz.  It’s a strawberry pineapple drink made from frozen strawberries and frozen pineapple juice.   It’s vivid and so easy but very unusual.

Just look at that fizz on top ready to tickle your nose and delight your taste buds.  The fizz is from the lemon lime soda that is topped off at the end of this recipe.   But if you wish to be a little naughty then it’s perfectly fine to exchange the soda with a sparking wine for a strawberry pineapple mimosa.

 

What is in a pineapple strawberry fizz:

Ingredients:

  • 10-ounce package frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups water
  • 12-ounce package frozen pineapple juice
  • 2 ½ cups lemon lime soda (or exchange with sprinkling wine)

How to make this strawberry pineapple drink:

Place the frozen strawberries and water in the pitcher of a blender and blend until smooth.

Add the frozen pineapple juice and pulse to combine with the strawberry mixture.

Fill a couple tall glasses halfway full of strawberry pineapple mixture.  This pineapple strawberry fizz recipe makes approximately 5 servings depending on the size of your glasses.  Also would be gorgeous in a tall champagne flute.

Top each glass with lemon lime soda and then gently stir to combine. Or if you wish for a strawberry pineapple mimosa replace soda with a sparkling wine or champagne.
