Springtime always means fresh asparagus on our Ranch. The asparagus is just gorgeous this time of the year and is usually on sale. I love enjoying the gourmet taste of roasted asparagus while I am saving those pennies. And buying veggies in season really guarantees the freshness. This Garlic Parmesan Asparagus recipes is quick and has a rich caramelized taste, it is my favorite way to enjoy this springtime treat.

Garlic Parmesan Asparagus Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of asparagus spears
- 1-2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
- salt
- black pepper
- Parmesan cheese, shredded
Equipment Needed:
- Sheet Pan
- Or Air Fryer
How to make Sheet Pan Asparagus:
Instructions for roasted asparagus on a sheet pan:
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F
- Wash the asparagus thoroughly, lay the spears out on a cutting board. To remove the woody ends, grab a spear of asparagus at either end and bend until it snaps. It will naturally snap where it starts to get tough. (usually about one inch from the bottom) Repeat with remaining spears of asparagus
- Spread out the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet pan. Pat dry.
- Drizzle olive oil all over the asparagus and then sprinkle the asparagus generously with salt and black pepper.
- Place in oven and roast for about 10 minutes. Add minced garlic and roast for a additional minute or two.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
How to make air fryer parmesan asparagus:
NOTE: We use our Ninja Foodi for all our air frying and our instant pot/pressure cooker recipes

- Remove, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
