This Strawberry Banana Pudding dessert is our family’s all-time favorite dessert. It’s very rich and loaded with fresh bananas and fresh strawberries and will truly impress your family and guests. It’s a delish strawberry banana trifle layered with frozen pound cake slices.
What’s in a strawberry banana trifle:
Ingredients:
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup cold water
- 4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- 2 bananas, sliced and dipped in lemon juice to prevent browning
- 16 ounce box frozen pound cake loaf

Instructions to make a strawberry banana trifle:

Pour whipping cream into a cold bowl and beat with mixer until stiffly whipped, place in the fridge.

Combine milk and water, add the pudding mix and beat well in a large bowl, place in fridge to chill for 5 minutes

Gently fold in whipped cream and all the fruit, reserving a few pieces of banana and strawberry to decorate the top

Slice the pound cake into 1-inch slices. Line your trifle dish or any clear bowl with the cake slices and spoon in the pudding mix

Cover and chill this strawberry banana trifle until ready to serve

Just before serving garnish with the extra strawberries and bananas.
