18 oz packagegrape tomatoes
1cupbasil leavesfresh
1/4lbsalamithinly sliced
1cuppimento stuffed green olives
1/220 oz package cheese tortellini(10 oz)
18 oz packagebaby mozzarella balls
115 oz jarItalian salad dressing
Instructions
Cook the tortellini according to the package directions, drain and rinse with cold water. Place the tortellini in a bowl and coat liberally with Italian Dressing. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
Place all the antipasto ingredients in different bowls, in the order you wish to place them on the skewers. For instance: Tomatoes, black olives, basil leaves, mozzarella balls, salami slices, green olives, basil leaves and the tortellinis.
Place the ingredients on each skewer, folding the basil leaves in half and the salami slices in fourths. Repeat order the order until the stick is filled.
Place the antipasto skewers on a serving plate and sprinkle with additional Italian salad dressing. Serve
