Banana Pancake Dippers
An easy banana pancake dippers recipe using pancake mix. Then serve these banana pancake sticks to be dipped into maple syrup.

- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 3-4 bananas
- Maple syrup
In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick, milk and eggs.
Using a whisk, mix until the pancake batter is well combined.
Peel the bananas, cut them into half and then slice each half into thin strips
Dip the banana slices into the pancake batter making sure to completely cover each side with the batter.
Cook on a nonstick griddle or skillet. Approximately 2 minutes on each side. (or more depending on your preference).
Remove from griddle and let cool, slightly. Serve with your favorite real maple syrup for dipping.
