Black Cow Floats

A black cow float is the same as a coke ice cream float but with chocolate syrup. We used coca cola with vanilla ice cream.

Equipment

  • Ice Cream Scoop
  • 2 Clear Drinking Glasses
  • 2 straws

Ingredients

  • Chocolate syrup
  • 6 to 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 12-ounce can Coca Cola
  • Dairy Whipped Topping

Instructions

  • Drizzle the chocolate syrup all around the insides of the glasses.
  • Using an ice cream scoop add the ice cream into the 2 glasses.
  • Pour half the coco-cola over the top of the ice cream into each glass.
  • Add straws and serve immediately.
