Ingredients

Materials:

1 ¼ c. All-Purpose Flour
½ tsp. Baking soda
½ tsp. Baking powder
¼ tsp. Salt
¼ c. white sugar
½ c. brown sugar packed
¼ c. Unsweetened cocoa
½ c. White chocolate chips
½ c. Chocolate chips
Printable gift tag
Scissors
Hole Punch
Holiday ribbon or string

Instructions

With a funnel in the quart-sized jar, add in the flour. Place the baking soda, baking powder and salt into the jar.
Layer in the unsweetened cocoa, brown sugar and then granulated sugar.
Add in the chocolate chips and white baking chips on top. Put the lid on the jar securely.
