- 1 cup unsalted almonds
- 1 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 cup dried apricots chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries Craisins-lower sugar
Chop apricots into pieces the size of the craisins. Add all the nuts and seeds in a medium-size bowl. Add dried fruits
Mix all together and serve.
Tip: Separate into 1/4 cup servings in little snack bags for each snacking
