Ingredients

For a 2 Quarts Ice Cream Maker

  • 2 Cups Half and Half
  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1& 1/3 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Pecans

Larger batch-for a 6 Quart Ice cream Maker

  • 6 Cups Half and Half
  • 6 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3 Cup Sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 4 Teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Pecans

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Add to your Ice Cream maker and follow manufacturers instructions for that particular ice cream maker
