2teaspoonsdried oregano
1tablespoongarlic powder
1/4cupolive oil

Instructions
To Make Pizza Sauce
Mix all ingredients in a medium-size bowl, cover and place in the fridge for 24 hours for flavors to marry.
To Use on a Pizza
Either purchase a pre-made pizza dough round or make it from scratch using our basic pizza dough recipe. Place the pizza dough on a pizza pan and spread a think layer of the Homemade Pizza sauce on top.
Add your favorite toppings such as cooked sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, peppers etc. Top with mozzarella cheese, goat cheese or Monterey Jack Cheese, and then drop spoonfuls of the sauce on top.
Place in a preheated 400° F oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Or place it on a pizza stone and follow the instructions for cooking on your particular stone. Watch closely since ovens do heat differently. Remove from oven and allow to cook on a wire rack.
Notes
This is enough pizza sauce for two pizzas and it can be used sooner but it is better when given at least 24 hours for the flavors to marry
