12 oz broccoli florets fresh 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 cloves garlic finely minced salt to taste freshly ground black pepper to taste 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated or shaved
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place broccoli florets in a medium-size bowl, add the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Toss to coat and spread evenly on a large sheet pan.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, tossing about halfway through.
Serve topped with the shaved Parmesan cheese.
