Strawberry Bellini

 This is how to make Bellini with a strawberry fruit puree and topped with a sparkling wine

Equipment

  • Blender
  • 4 Champagne Flutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Fresh Strawberries 3 cups
  • 2 Tablespoons Brandy
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 750 ml bottle Sparkling wine or Champagne

Instructions

  • Remove green tops from strawberries and cut strawberries into halves or quarters
  • Blend strawberries, powdered sugar, and brandy in a blender until very smooth
  • Fill champagne flutes about 1/4 with the strawberry mixture, add sparkling wine (champagne), give it a quick stir and then add more sparkling wine (champagne) till full
